Mineral Bluff is located in Fannin County, Georgia which borders North Carolina and Tennessee and is known as the Tri-State area. Mineral Bluff is just 5 miles from downtown Blue Ridge. The Murphy Hwy intersects Hwy 60 in Mineral Bluff.
Mineral Bluff is a popular destination for vacation cabin owners who often put their cabins in the rental program. Mineral Bluff has some of the best mountain views available in Fannin County. The impressive Toccoa River winds its way through much of Mineral Bluff.
Mineral Bluff has many attributes making it one of the most desirable areas of the north Georgia mountains. There is an old train depot which is being considered for renovation at this time. The post office is an early 20th Century structure that is a reminder of Fannin counties rich history. The town is only a few miles from both North Carolina and Tennessee. From certain areas of Mineral Bluff you can take in the view of three states at once.
